Why I Work With Executives And Business Owners.
I grew up in a house where training was the standard. My dad had me in the gym at thirteen, whether I felt like it or not. So when a man says he wants to be an example for his kids, I was that kid. I know exactly what it's worth.
I started coaching at twenty, still at university. My early clients were former athletes. Premier League footballers, boxers, cricketers. Men who had been seriously fit once.
While they had their sport, the structure did the work. Then they retired, moved into business, and it went downhill fast.
Six hundred clients later, I see the same pattern in men who were never athletes. Directors, owners, executives. Fit when life had structure. Then the career took the structure, and the body paid for it.
I know it personally. I run two businesses, and when they took off I worked seventy-hour weeks and let my health slide. Working in fitness didn't protect me. Nothing protects you from a diary that doesn't care.
So that's what I build. Not more discipline, you have plenty. Structure that survives the diary.
